Naturally Beautiful Landscapes

Caliterra is all about the joys provided by the great outdoors; half of the development–more than 250 acres, in fact–is devoted to green space. So as you jog, hike or bike on its many paths and trails, you’ll be surrounded by native wildflowers, mature trees, and natural parks and green spaces.

Onion Creek

The gentle ripples of Onion Creek, a tributary of the Colorado River, help give Caliterra its heartbeat. That’s why you’ll find so many great features along its banks, including trails, open areas with bird houses, picnic areas and camping sites.

Turkey Hollow

Turkey Hollow is the beginning of the rolling Hill Country depicted in rhyme and verse. So you’ll find a special harmony in this unspoiled, largely unimproved nature area that features primitive trails and scenic overlooks.

At Caliterra, you’ll find the best combination of Hill Country life paired with all the inviting amenities of a master-planned community. Active families looking for room to play, mid-lifers looking for a slower pace, empty nesters looking for a piece of paradise–everyone can be at home with nature here.

Caliterra Commons

The Commons at Caliterra, put simply, is the go-to place within this go-to community. It features perfect gathering spaces for parties, outdoor movies and farmers’ market. Its Welcome Lodge, Event Pavilion, Kids’ Splash Pad and Coffee Bar are just part of what make it the heart of the entire Caliterra community.

Dripping Springs

Caliterra is located just down the road from downtown Dripping Springs, where historic Mercer Street greets you with restaurants, boutiques and galleries, an old-style dance hall, weekly farmer’s market, and community events held year ’round.

Founded in the 1850s, Dripping Springs keeps you in touch with Hill Country charm – and keeps you in reach of Austin’s own famed music scene, fine and funky restaurants, and Lake Austin.

Developer: Allegiant Realty Partners

Caliterra is developed by Allegiant Realty Partners, which was established in 2013 by two longtime Dallas-Fort Worth land development companies–Siepiela Interests and Taylor-Duncan Interests–to expand its collective development footprint across other high-growth housing markets.

Siepiela Interests was formed in 1987 with a primary focus on residential land development. The Siepiela Companies have been the primary developer on more than 5,000 lots in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, building in 11 suburban cities around DFW, Austin and other Texas markets.

Taylor-Duncan Interests was co-founded in 1992, and focuses on land development and investments, with a special emphasis on residential lot development. Today, it’s leading the development of new communities in Dallas, Austin, San Diego and Nashville.
