The Master Plan of Caliterra in Dripping Springs

With less than half of the overall master plan complete, Caliterra in Dripping Springs already has three wonderful neighborhoods open – Birdsong, Creekview and Wildwood. Unique Amenities

While a few of our amenities like the Caliterra Commons and Treehouse Park are already open, there are more planned and still in the works! The Caliterra Overlook, which is to be a part of phase 2, will be a luxurious residents-only amenity center that will have a resort-style pool, playscapes, outdoor pavilions and spacious outdoor patios.

Undeveloped Areas

Caliterra in Dripping Springs is a master-planned community that sits right at the Gateway to the Texas Hill Country, and we want to maintain the natural beauty that the land already possesses. As for a place to call home, our master-planned community will have well over 100 luxury homes in Dripping Springs! All of our homes are available on one of five home lot sizes – 60’ x 130’, 70’ x 130’, 80’ x 150’, 100’ x 150’ and 125’ x 200’. All of these homes are built by our excellent homebuilders and Wildwood is the only current neighborhood where the 125’ x 200’ home lots are available. There will be two more neighborhoods with the super-sized home lots in the coming phases.
